Apartment Look

3/18/2016 I've had a wonderful experience living in this complex. These apartments are beautiful with their aesthetic appeal and great working appliances . The grounds are well maintained. I've enjoyed my access to the swimming pool (available during the summer months) and the hot tub and BBQ grills (available year round). Also, I moved from apartment G to B and some of my packages have been delivered to the old G address. Gina, in the office, has been kind enough to notice this on several occasions and held on to the packages for me and left me a kind voicemail telling me that I can pick them up at a convenient time.

WASHINGTON - In the heart of Washington DC, one of the nation's most prosperous cities, lies a secret. While tourists see the Washington Monument and Lincoln memorial, what they may not see are as many as eight- thousand homeless men and women. The good news; dozens of church's and social programs are working to change that statistic. While some of the problems with chronic homelessness are obvious, a unique ministry in the heart of the district is tackling an issue most wouldn't give a second thought. The ID Ministry A driver's license or a state ID can open up a world of possibilities. But try losing one and same possibilities disappear.  "Our whole idea of a system in this country is based on being able to be tracked and prove who you are. Even more so since 2001, with the 911 attacks. At this point, you can't really do anything if you don't have an ID," Pastor Ben Roberts of Foundry United Methodist told CBN News .  That's where Foundry Unite...

The homes at numbers 12, 14, 18, 20, 22 and 24 Battlefield Terrace, on Battlefield Lane, in Wombourne, near Wolverhampton, have all been given a guide price of £76,000 each. The unique sale, which will take place at SDL Auctions Bigwood ’s auction event next month, could prove to be a master stroke for budding property pioneers . All six houses are being sold subject to long-term tenancies, which could bring in rents of more than £4,000 a year per property, according to experts. Gurpreet Bassi, head of residential auctions at SDL Auctions, said: “This row of houses will make attractive investment opportunities from a total of 150 lots at what we predict will be a busy auction next month. An interesting view of the homes which are being sold “We have a wide range of properties available: all types of flats and houses, a large number of plots of land for development and a great variety of commercial properties across the Midlands and beyond.” The homes are just one lot out of 150 ...

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) -- A man who had been sought since last month for allegedly killing a puppy by snapping its neck during a dispute about Wi-Fi in Des Moines, Iowa, has been arrested on animal-abuse charges.KCCI-TV reports that 25-year-old Christopher Vogel was taken into custody Saturday. Police say Vogel went to a friend's apartment and asked the neighbors if he could use their Wi-Fi password, then killed the neighbors' 12-week-old corgi when they refused his request. As executive director of the Animal Rescue League of Iowa, Tom Colvin said the misdemeanor court that's the only recourse in such case underscores the need for lawmakers to make felony charges available to prosecutors in animal-abuse cases. It was not immediately clear Sunday if Vogel has an attorney who can speak on his behalf. --- Information from: KCCI-TV, http://www.kcci.com
