A sales price was not disclosed. Capano financed the purchase with a fixed-rate loan from Fannie Mae.  The privately-held Wilmington-based developer's multifamily division, Capano Residential , purchased the 231- unit high rise from Merion Realty Partners , a Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, real estate investment firm . Jeffrey Shumaker, vice president responsible for Merion's multifamily division, declined to comment on the transaction.
