Mike Gothberg, co-owner of the 34,000-square-foot building that houses Arcadia , said he expects to fill the two-story building with up to four restaurants or pubs, or even another brewery, on the first floor by next spring and at least 20 loft-style apartments on the second floor in the near future. "We have a plan for the whole building, ultimately," Gothberg said. "I'm excited to see what we can get done in there now. "I feel that, with the agent we have and their connections, we should be able to put someone in there by early spring," he added.
