Apartments on Jacksonville’s Southside sell for $57 million | Jacksonville News, Sports and Entertainment

The Loree apartments on A.C. Skinner Parkway have been sold for $57 million. The 300-unit complex opened early last year and is 97 percent occupied, according to Brian Moulder, the managing director of Walker & Dunlap who brokered the sale.

The buyer is a South Florida private equity firm, he said.
