peppertree apartments in Mesa - Mesa Forum

5. Re: peppertree apartments in Mesa

Fiesta Mall is a smaller, older mall but I like it because it is not super busy. There are some decent stores in there though. On Longmore road there isa HUGE Target Greatland and a TGIF's which is right across the street from the mall.

There is a strip mall called Poca Fiesta on Southern, east of Alma School. A couple nice restraunts and a fun bar but overall, the strip mall has had trouble keeping its spaces filled. There is a Ross Dress for Less which is GREAT for cheap, name brand clothes.

Vineyard runs off of Southern, between Alma School and Arizona Avenue. The area is the worst at night. I mean its not like East LA or anything but I lived in Circletree on that street for 4 years and moved out in 2002 and the area has just progressively gotten bad. However not sure it is so bad that you shouldnt stay there. The location is central and close to everything and right off the 60 freeway. I wouldnt live in the area permanently but maybe not a terrible place to stay for a month.
