March–October opening hours are 10 AM–6 PM

November–February opening hours are 10 AM–4 PM

After skipping the line to exchange your voucher for a ticket, you need to join the line to access Kensington Palace itself.

Special services, events and maintenance may occasionally close all or part of the Palace – opening hours vary. Please check before you go.
