The listing however is being offered as a single family townhouse.

Overall, this rustic, three-story townhouse comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms; two bedrooms in the duplex and one on the lower level. The additional living room on the top floor of the townhouse could probably be used as a fourth bedroom.
