I'm helping a Chinese family which is right by Zhenbei Road Station of line13 is looking for an Expat houseguest to live in their beautiful apartment with them.

The fee is only USD 1500/year and half the price in the next following years compared to an average of RMB 36,000/per year (on a RMB 3000/month) in Shanghai.

Location is 10 minutes metro ride to East China Normal University and 15 minutes to Donghua University.

Both parents studied abroad and wishes for someone to help their son practice English on a daily basis.

The family will be providing a large bedroom with a private bathroom.

All you need to do is to practice English with their son at least 5 hours per week.

The family has plenty of experience in business as they also own an investment company, and may be able to introduce their houseguest to a network of business associates.
