I have been a resident for the last three years. This new office staff is inexperienced and uncaring to the needs of their residents. They will not send out communication to their residents for fear of it "pissing more people off." This kind of behavior can also be seen in the care they have for their complex. The bug situation is disgusting and I am find at least 1"+ cockroaches, dead and alive, in my apartment at least once a week. Please see the other Arches at Hidden Creek's Yelp reviews for a more accurate depiction of how far things have been degrading. One resident, who has been here for the last 11 years left a 1 star-rating just 6 months ago! How horrible are the conditions that an 11 year resident loses that kind of loyalty?

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, I have 8 months left on my lease and I can't wait to GET OUT. first off.... BUGS, SPIDERS, AND ROACHES, LOTS OF ROACHES. They come up from the sewer drains. If I don't keep all the drains shut, they will infest my kitchen and bathroom. I also have an infestation of spiders in both the front porch and the patio/laundry room. I've had them spray but they just keep coming back. How would you like a spider crawling on your head when your trying to take laundry out of the dryer??? Secondly, my neighbor has a dog that barks constantly and after multiple complaints to the office, they have still done nothing. They asked me to call them when the dog starts barking... even though I told them it only barks late at night or early in the morning (when the tenant is gone) and the office isn't even open. How is that supposed to help my situation? The ladies in the office seem like they genuinely want to help, but have their hands tied with so many other problems this place has. Third, they can't seem to keep the grounds clean. It looks like a dump!I can't even remember the last time any sort of landscaper came out to blow leaves or clean up pine needles. I'm not a stickler for curb appeal, but come on! They use to have a landscaper come least once a week, but I don't see any evidence of one in months. I can't wait to move out of this dump.

I have lived in many apartment complexes. This is BY FAR the WORST experience I have ever had! My first year was bad. But new management seemed promising so I decided to stay in order to save money. The second year was WAYYYYYY WORSE!!! The new management has lied and stolen from us and our apartment! We have had multiple items go missing from our patio. They nickel and dime you till you can barely afford your rent. A dealt with BED BUGS for MONTHS before I finally caught some and brought them into the office and put them on the reps desk. When she scooted her chair back from them I said, "Yes... I live with these, yet you can't stand to be near them for a few seconds." FINALLY got something done about that. NOW they are saying that they gave us a notice to renew or give a notice to vacate when they DID NOT!!! And now they are going to charge us $1333.06! Terry is a terrible person! She will lie to you. She will steal from you! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Let me talk about things outside of the administration. There are kids! TONS OF KIDS who are hoodlums! A 13 year old kid selling pot to 10 year olds! Then there are about 15 of them who bounce basketballs around the complex all day and night! (Doesn't sound too bad but if you have a dog, GOOD LUCK!) On top of that, they leave trash EVERYWHERE! I so regret that I've had to spend 2 years of my life in this HELL! GET ME OUT!! August 2017, I'm DOOOONE!!! And I will share my experience everywhere I go! I hope this place shuts down for the dump that it is!

No running water to apartments, always a leak and never in a rush to fix it. When you go an complain about basic commodities they threaten you and say they will call the police on you.

Called, no answer. Went to the office- they were gonna be gone for a couple hours. Looked around the complex, trash and not very well kept. The pictures online are misleading...Moving on.

I am assuming they changed their name to save face, but they are terrible. My apartment was infested with cockroaches we made pest control requests in June, August, and November. We noticed an increase in cockroaches and when we requested pest control we had to wait a week. We started finding cockroach eggs and requested a fumigation which took another week. We had to through kitchen supplies, bathroom stuff and clothing away. Terrible front office representatives.

Awful. They lied to us about how much rent would be per month but the lease we signed mentioned some things are subject to change, told us there was a 24 hr gym but that was under construction for the 1st 6 months we lived there. When they finally opened the gym, they charge $50 to use it. The heated pool was not open for at least 6 months as well, and when they opened that up, there were no trash cans. Calling the front office is a waste of time, they never answer. When you put a work order in, you wait several days and they do a half ass job.

I have lived here for almost 11 years. The original management team was wonderful. Since then there have been two new management teams. The latest group being here for about the last year and a half. These folks are the most unprofessional bunch of losers that I have had to deal with in over twenty years of apartment living. Employees leave every day, callbacks are promised and never made,Promises are made and never kept. According to staff they are "All so overworked" That is not my problem. Screens hanging off windows, management made aware and refuse to correct. Lumber piled up on patios, people hanging laundry on patios all in what I believe to be violation to lease agreements. Dogs and kids running loose, Pitbulls, rottweilers no breed control whatsoever. I used to love it here but things have really changed for the worse . If you are planning to live here just temporarily(six months) you will probably survive but in my opinion if you have long term needs this is not the place for you.
