AT&T : designates seven Baton Rouge sites as fiber ready

Seven industrial and commercial properties in Baton Rouge have been designated as fiber-ready by AT&T, meaning that they have high speed internet connections. A ceremony was held last week at Baton Rouge Metro Airport to announce the designation of the Baton Rouge Aviation Business Park, the Baton Rouge Area Chamber building, the Louisiana Technology Park, the Chase North Tower, City Plaza I, II City Plaza and Market Center. AT&T officials said the infrastructure at the properties is part of the more than 1.7 million strand miles of fiber optic cables it has installed around the state.
