The 196-unit Hidden Lake Apartments at 4150 S. Kirkman Road in south Orlando has been sold to a Columbus, Ohio, company for $7.448 million.

Lincoln Properties sold the complex, which includes a little more than 40 acres, to Vaughan Properties.
