History

Established in 1983.

In 1959, Dr. Ellis Ring partnered with his brother Selden to create Ring Brothers Management--the company that crafted some of Southern California's most upscale apartment-home communities. Known as "garden apartment" communities for their lush landscaping and open designs, these pioneering communities enabled residents to enjoy the great outdoors and bask in the region's coveted Mediterranean climate.
Since that time, the company has evolved to E&S Ring Management and continues to provide its apartment residents the comforts of a warm and welcoming home with customer service and attention to detail that make each resident feel valued and well served.
