Berkshire Communities Property Manager Bradley Roschyk Named Apartment Manager of the Year by National Apartment Association

Atlanta—Berkshire Communities, the property management division of Berkshire Group, announced that Bradley Roschyk, property manager of the Verandas at Timberglen in Dallas has been named the 2014 National Apartment Association’s PARAGON Certified Apartment Manager of the Year.

The PARAGON award is one of the highest honors given by the National Apartment Association, recognizing members who continue to set industry standards by developing best practices in property management. Roschyk was recognized at the National Apartment Association’s Awards Breakfast on June 21 during the 2014 NAA Education Conference & Exposition in Denver. In April 2014, Roschyk was named Barbara MacManus Apartment Manager of the Year—the highest honor bestowed by the Texas Apartment Association.

Roschyk has more than 14 years of experience in property management. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2007, he was an assistant property manager for Archon Residential in Dallas from 2003 until 2007, and earlier held various community and activities management roles with AMLI Residential in Dallas and Plano, Texas. Roschyk, a certified apartment manager and certified apartment portfolio supervisor, holds a Master of Science from Western Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside.
