We have this master bedrooms available now in this newly furnished apartment near Jiaotong University on Panyu Road. I'm looking for someone who is respectable and sociable to keep the positive energy flows in the house.
The apartment is less than 10 minutes away from line 10/11 Jiaotong University Station. There are 4 rooms and 5 batrooms inside this apartment. Each room has its own bathroom, with an additional shared bathroom with a washer and a dryer. All bedrooms come with new furniture and new flooring and paint. There’s a convenient store on the first floor of the building, and beerlady is only 2 minutes away of walking distance. Many shops, restaurants, and bars are nearby.

You will be sharing this apartment with an American guys and one Brazilian guy. They are both in their early 20's.

The rent of the room is 4000. Deposit is 1.5 month of rent, and rent is paid monthly. I will return it back to you at end of lease. You don't need to go through all these trouble to find your replacement.

50M fiber optic internet with digital TV is installed. Internet/Water/Electricity/Gas bills will be shared with roommates. 6 months of contract minimum when you sign.
