Hi.im helping my landlord to look for new tenant, cause ill be going back home. The place is availabe starting 30th august. The building is rather old, but its a cozy pet friendly i was carring for my cat and strategic place to live. The landlord just change the AC, and the water heater works perfectly. I also left some cooking utensils, iron, rice cooker, oven and small blender for next tenant.
only 10 min walk to line 10 shuicheng road, and starlive mall, and few steps to the wet market and supermarket practical place of u like to cook by yourself. 20 min walk to metro line 2 loushanguan road or take a few steps using bus 519 to the metro line 2.

Two men suspected of brazenly breaking into cars early Friday evening led police on a chase through Petaluma, fleeing on foot after an officer rammed a patrol car into the suspect’s vehicle in an attempt to end the pursuit, police said.
