The search continues for a suspect accused in a west Mobile apartment fire. 

Police scoured the woods behind Oak Ridge Apartments Tuesday afternoon around 1:30. Investigators were at the complex to question him, and he took off. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and red pants.

They say a teenager set fire to some door decorations. The fire damaged the door, and because someone was inside the apartment, the teen will face a first-degree arson charge when caught.

Two men suspected of brazenly breaking into cars early Friday evening led police on a chase through Petaluma, fleeing on foot after an officer rammed a patrol car into the suspect’s vehicle in an attempt to end the pursuit, police said.
