Per reports from TMZ, he was found unconscious by a friend shortly after they talked on phone and was later pronounced dead . According to Dana there were no signs of Foul Play and he apparently died after choking on his food. Police arrested one man and are searching for a second in a Thursday night fatal shooting that investigators say happened after the two victims posted a photo of themselves holding fistfuls of cash on a social media website .  Jywuan Butler, 19, was killed and his 17-year-old brother was wounded after the two were shot multiple times when two masked men dressed in black clothing entered their Sherwood Hollow Court apartment through an unlocked window about 11 p.m.,   Baton Rouge police said. While police were investigating the shooting at the Butlers' apartment in the 11600 block of Sherwood Hollow Court , they received another report of a third person who had been shot and was in a Canterbury House apartment , which is next to the Butlers' apartment complex. Captain Dean Morales told CBS 5 News a resident of the Waterstone Apartments at 1651 S. Dobson Road walked past the pool at approximately 3 a.m. and saw the man at the bottom. Fire crews tried to resuscitate the man but were unsuccessful, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Morales said alcohol may have been a factor. The man has not yet been identified. (WRIC) — Police in Richmond are investigating after one woman was found shot to death inside a vehicle and another wounded at an apartment complex in the city’s southside Thursday night . At around 10:40 p.m., police were called to 220 Green Cove Drive at the Blue Ridge Estates apartment complex . Once there, they found one woman who had been shot in the leg and another woman dead inside a vehicle. The woman inside the vehicle, who has been identified as 33-year-old Karen A. Turner of North Chesterfield, was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound and pronounced dead at the scene. The Medical Examiner will determine a cause and manner of death. The female victim who had been shot was transported to a local hospital with non- life threatening injuries . Three Sanford men were arrested on murder and other charges after they tried to break into a third-floor apartment and the tenant fatally shot a fourth accomplice, the Lake County Sheriff ’s Office said Monday. The resident, Luis Robles, 29, said he was at home at Raintree Apartments, east of U.S. Highway 27 in Four Corners, when he heard banging on his door a little before 3 a.m. Saturday, sheriff’s spokesman Sgt. AITKIN, Minn. – A Deerwood man has been charged after the June 2016 death of an Aitkin County woman fatally struck by a vehicle near her mailbox in north- central Minnesota . Timothy Paul Kostal , 61, was charged last month with a misdemeanor for careless driving on June 10, 2016, the day of the fatal incident. Kostal is scheduled for a Monday morning arraignment at the Aitkin County Courthouse . If convicted, Kostal could face a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail, a $1,000 fine, or both. CHARLOTTE -- Police in Charlotte are investigating two shooting deaths. The first shooting was reported around 7:20 p.m. Thursday on Pleasant Dale Drive . Wallace said officers found 25-year-old Jamario Lacatria McNeely dead . A man at the scene who talked with officers has now been charged with murder. He is 29-year-old George Fernandez. A second shooting, believed to be connected to a carjacking, was then reported around 2 a.m. Friday. Officers found a man and woman shot in the 2300 block of Ginger Lane at the Meadowbrook apartment complex . The man, 23-year-old Joshua Duckworth, was pronounced dead at the scene. The fatal shots were fired on Green Cove Drive , outside the Blue Ridge Estates apartment complex , at about 10:40 p.m. Thursday. Two women were heard arguing in the parking lot when the shots were fired, Crime Insider sources told Jon Burkett . "Officers responded and located the female with a gunshot wound to the leg, but also found a female nearby in a vehicle who was unresponsive with an apparent gunshot wound ," a Richmond Police spokesperson said. Jalen Breon Brown, 21, who allegedly shot and killed Atlanta transwoman Ava Le’Ray Barrin outside an Athens, Georgia, apartment complex , is out on bond. Brown, who is also transgender, was granted bail this week by a Western Judicial Circuit judge , according to the Athens Banner-Herald. According to Athens- Clarke County police , Brown shot 17-year-old Barrin at the Riverview Apartments complex on College Avenue on June 25 following a feud between two groups of transgender individuals. Defense attorney Edward Brumby said Brown was granted a $100,000 bond because there was no flight risk and no serious felonies on Brown’s record. While out, Brown is under house arrest and must wear an ankle bracelet. STARKVILLE – A 16-year-old male has been charged with murder, following a shooting Thursday evening in Starkville. Police arrested Tomas Talib Bradford , 16, of Starkville and charged him with murder. During his initial court appearance Friday , his bond was set at $2 million. The Starkville police responded around 9 p.m. Aug. 24 to the Brooksville Garden apartments for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived at the Everglade Avenue complex , just west of Westside Park, they found Deontay M. Rogers, 20, of Starkville, had been shot. Rogers was pronounced dead after he was admitted to OCH Regional Medical Center at about 9:21 p.m.  A Friday morning press release said Starkville Police Department arrested 16 -year-old Tomas Bradford, of Starkville, Thursday night after the shooting.  Bradford was already out on bond for murder and armed robbery charges related to a March 2016 incident at Camelot Apartments.
